If the fairy tales that you used to hear
Get lost inside your mind
And the dragons that you used to fear
Stop creepin' up behind

Just close your eyes and find 
That magic place in yesterday
And mount your shiny Pegasus
And let him carry you away

And you can build your own rock candy mountain
Your own lemonade spring
If once in a while, through the busy day
You take the time to dream

Cottonwood trees and bumble bees
Sisters old Levi's cut off at the knees
Elegant ladies dressed in kelly green
You can have most anything if you'll only dream
